7 easy steps
- You can book in your car on your chosen date by calling free or booking online here. The professional operators in our UK call centre are experienced and knowledgeable about every area of car servicing.
- On the day of the service, a fully insured courtesy driver will collect your car from your home home or work, normally between 8am and 10am or at an agreed time, and take it to a Prestige service centre that's near to you.
- Your car will be inspected and serviced according to our itemised service schedule using only genuine OEM quality parts. Each point will be thoroughly checked by our qualified technicians. All the work we do is covered by a 12 months parts and labour (or 12,000 miles) guarantee.
- If our inspection identifies advisory work, we'll contact you for further instructions and quote for parts and labour. You're under no obligation at all to have any extra work done by us, and you remain free to make your own arrangements.
- Once the work has been completed, we'll carry out a further quality control check to ensure everything's been covered. Your service book will then be stamped and kept fully compliant with your car's warranty.
- Our operations centre will call you to confirm that your vehicle is ready for delivery, and take phone payment via credit or debit card. Our pricing is totally transparent. Unless you've specifically authorised additional work, the price you see online is what you'll pay – inclusive of VAT, parts, labour, collection and delivery.
- Your car will be given a complimentary wash and vacuum, and then returned to your chosen address – usually between 4pm and 6pm, or another pre–arranged time.
